Interested in this property? Here's everything you need.
To save time for both of us, here's exactly what you'll need to apply — and two ways to get it done.

The fast way
I work with SingleKey, a secure tenant screening platform used across Canada. It verifies your credit, identity, and income in one step.
Why it's worth using:
- Apply to as many properties as you need — it's a soft credit check, so it never affects your credit score
- Complete it once, use it for 30 days — no need to redo paperwork every time you apply somewhere new
- Your personal information stays secure, instead of going back and forth by email or text
Start your SingleKey application
Takes about 5 minutes
Please note: every adult (18+) who will be living in the unit is considered a tenant and must complete their own application.
Prefer to do it the traditional way? That's fine too.
Not everyone knows SingleKey, and that's okay. If you'd rather submit your documents directly, I'll prepare your rental application package personally. Just send me:
- Completed Rental Application form (fillable PDF)
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income: a job letter and/or recent pay stubs
- Full Equifax credit report
- Bank statements showing your work deposits (you can black out other transactions, showing only the pay deposits and your name)
- A recommendation letter from your current landlord, if available — a bonus if you can get one
- A short note if there's anything about your situation worth explaining upfront (new to Canada, self-employed, co-signer, etc.)
Each Rental Application form covers up to 2 applicants — if there are more than 2 tenants, please fill out an additional form for every 2 extra people. As with the SingleKey option, every adult (18+) who will be living in the unit must submit their own documents.
Submit Your Rental Documents Securely
Use our secure online document upload platform to submit the documents required for your rental application. This allows you to upload your documents directly to your application without sending sensitive information by email, WhatsApp, text message, or other messaging platforms.
Upload your documents securely using the document upload platform below, and I'll put together a complete, professional rental application package on your behalf.

What you should know about renting in Ontario
A few things worth knowing before you apply:
- The only deposit a landlord can legally request is Last Month's Rent, equal to one month's rent, applied to your final month
- Damage deposits, pet deposits, and security deposits are not legal in Ontario
- If a key deposit is requested, it must be fully refundable and cannot exceed the actual cost of replacing the keys
- Most landlords are required to use the Ontario Standard Lease for the tenancy agreement
This is general information, not legal advice. For your specific situation, contact the Landlord and Tenant Board or a licensed paralegal.
Whichever way you choose to apply, I'll be with you every step of the way — making sure your application is presented properly, because a strong, well-prepared application is often what separates "approved" from "overlooked." Let's get you into this home.
